Photo Op Update: Friday, September 7

The Photo Op area has experienced a temporary hardware problem. You will get your printed photos and a digital version is available as well. Keep Calm.

We are aware of the frustrating situation in the Photo Ops Area, and we apologize. With so many Photo Ops and an equipment malfunction, we are running behind. This means it may take some time to print out your Photo Op.

Here are your options for picking up your printed Photo Op:

  • If you were unable to pick up your Photo Op from Friday. You may also pick up your Photo Op anytime during Vendor Floor hours on Saturday at a Photo Op station located inside the Radisson entrance on the north side of the Salt Palace. There will be tables with the physical photos laid out for you to find yours. There will be volunteers to assist you. You must bring your Photo OP QR code for proof of purchase.
    • Also, if you only purchased a Friday pass, we would like you to offer you a Saturday Pass. Visit the Photo Op station at the Radisson entrance during Vendor Floor hours on Saturday to get your Saturday RFID wristband. Bring your Photo OP QR code for proof of purchase.
  • If you have not, or cannot, pick up your physical photo, you will be emailed by Epic Photo Ops with options on how to request your Photo Op by September 19, 2018. If after that date you have not received your email, please reach out to Epic Photo Ops’ HelpDesk, here.

As a thank you for your patience, we will be making complimentary digital versions available to attendees with Photo Op Sessions scheduled for today, September 7, 2018. You will receive an email from Epic Photo Ops, early next week, with instructions on how to download the digital copy of your photo.
