(KUTV) — Sebastian Roché's appearance at the FanX Salt Lake Comic Convention was nothing short of an epic mixture of stand-up comedy and traveling through cinema history.
Roché has an impressive acting resume, having performed in several productions dating back to the 1980s. SALT LAKE CITY (KUTV) — The halls at FanX in the Salt Palace Convention Center were all abuzz Friday: Tom Holland was in the house.
People nearly hyperventilating with excitement, and with photos, were circulating. Holland wasn't the only celebrity fans were delighted to welcome to Utah, but he was probably the most high profile.

The fall FanX 2019 is underway at the Salt Palace Convention Center. The first big ballroom appearance was at 2 p.m. featuring John Rhys-Davies of "Indiana Jones" and "Lord of the Rings" fame.

SALT LAKE CITY (KUTV) — One of Utah's biggest events raised its curtain Thursday, for a three-day celebration of popular culture.
The annual convention returns to Salt Lake City with a list of stars, including John Rhys-Davies who opened the main stage in the Grand Ballroom with a sizzle reel and stories of his work on "Lord of the Rings" and "Raiders of the Lost Ark."

Fans will be able to delve into the Spider-Verse with their friendly neighborhood Spider-Man this fall in Salt Lake City when actor Tom Holland, who plays the titular hero, makes his way to FanX: Salt Lake Comic Convention on Sept. 5-7.
