Chip Mosher

Chip Mosher co-created 2020s crowdfunded graphic novel sensation “Blacking Out”, written by Mosher with art by co-creator Peter Krause. When not pursuing his own creative outlets, Chip currently serves as Head of Content for comiXology, overseeing the comiXology Originals line of exclusive content. ComiXology Originals garnered Eisner Awards for “Harvey Kurtzman’s Marley’s Ghost” and Chip Zdarsky and Jason Loo’s “AFTERLIFT”. In the past 10 years at comiXology, Mosher has worn a variety of hats in the marketing, communications, and business development departments. Previous to comiXology, Mosher ran BOOM!’ Studios’ marketing department, helping catapult the company into one of the top comic book publishers in the U.S. During his tenure there, Mosher brought home BOOM!’s first Eisner win by acquiring and editing Shannon Wheeler’s cartoon collection “I Thought You Would Be Funnier.” In 2006, Mosher co-created the graphic novel “Left On Mission” with artist and co-creator Francesco Francavilla. He currently serves on the Steering Committee for the Harvey Awards.
